Chair of the Executive Committee Letter

Dear Friends of Faith Bible Camp,

As we look back on the summer of 2024, there is much to thank God for. This summer, numerous volunteers took time to serve the Lord at Camp. Amongst these volunteers were participants in the Leadership in Training Program led by John and Teresa Nicolas. Having so many volunteers and seeing many young believers seek to live out their faith by serving at FBC is a tremendous encouragement.

2024 also saw a record number of campers at our kids and youth camps who could hear and respond to the Gospel, experience Christian community, and grow in faith and friendship! Please pray for the Executive committee as we look to plan effectively for the 2025 camp season—FBC's 71st summer!

As we plan for next summer, we will continue implementing a long-term vision for the site. Praise the Lord that Daniel's (staff cabin) foundation problems have been fixed, and the construction of the final duplex on the Boy's side is underway. We trust the Lord that it will be completed in time for this upcoming summer so that even more campers can come to FBC in 2025! Once the final duplex is complete, we'll begin to renovate the chapel and increase our bed capacity for staff. With these projects in mind and a budget deficit for 2024, now is a great time to consider a financial gift to FBC. To do so, please visit faithbiblecamp.org/donations, send a cheque to our Winnipeg office, or send an e-transfer to info@faithbiblecamp.org.

A few upcoming dates to highlight include:

Finally, and most importantly, thank you for continually remembering Faith Bible Camp in your prayers. "The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective" (James 5:16 NASB). Your support in prayer makes Camp's important ministry powerful and effective.
