FBC Staff Sponsorship Program

A staff member may apply to participate in the FBC Staff Sponsorship program if a Staff Application is approved. Details of the program are as follows:

• Individuals 16 years of age (as of December 31, 2025) or older are eligible to apply.

• Applications must be received by April 30, 2025, to be considered. However, if there is room in the program, applications received after this date may be considered. 

• Interested applicants will be notified whether they have been accepted by May 15, 2025.

• Applicants must volunteer to serve a minimum of 5 weeks for the summer.

• A maximum of 1 week can be in a support role. 

• Applicants accepted into the program will be guaranteed a minimum honorarium of $150 per week served.

• Program participants will be able to raise funds to increase the amount of their honorarium by up to an additional $450 per week (to a total of $600 per week).

• Program participants will be expected to participate in Staff Training as a condition of their participation in the program.

• Note that any such time will be paid at the same rate as camp service if longer than 48 hours.

• Should government regulations allow, program participants will be expected to participate in off-season camp activities, including:

• A fall Faith Bible Camp promotional event.

• Attendance at a minimum of two Faith Bible Camp reunion events.

Notes: Participants of the Leadership Training Program are ineligible during the year they are in the program.
