Staff Sponsorship Program
Support for leadership and growth
When you sponsor a summer staff member, you allow a young person to lead and grow and provide much needed financial support for their future. This support benefits our camp to maintain a consistent summer staff team, which provides a nurturing environment for campers and staff. This vibrant team atmosphere is a blessing to everyone, for which we thank God.
FBC Staff Sponsorship Program
A staff member may apply to participate in the FBC Staff Sponsorship program if a Staff Application is approved. Details of the program are as follows:
Individuals 16 years of age (as of December 31, 2025) or older are eligible to apply.
Applications must be received by April 30, 2025, to be considered. However, if there is room in the program, applications received after this date may be considered.
Interested applicants will be notified whether they have been accepted by May 15, 2025.
Applicants must volunteer to serve a minimum of 5 weeks for the summer.
A maximum of 1 week can be in a support role.

Should government regulations allow, program participants will be expected to participate in off-season camp activities, including:
A fall Faith Bible Camp promotional event.
Attendance at a minimum of two Faith Bible Camp reunion events.
Notes: Participants of the Leadership Training Program are ineligible during the year they are in the program.

“Camp work is fulfilling! I can be creative in the kitchen. I am challenged and stretched spiritually on the Program side as I interact with the campers. It is such a thrill to be a part of teaching God’s Word and opening a child’s eyes to the Saviour - no matter what area I am serving in. The fellowship with other believers is a foretaste of heaven!”
